Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClientFlow CRM ("the Service"), operated by ClientFlow ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ClientFlow CRM is a cloud-based customer relationship management platform that provides tools for managing contacts, deals, email communications, scheduling, documents, invoicing, and business automation. The Service is provided on a software-as-a-service (SaaS) basis.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam)
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written consent

5. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). We do not claim ownership of your Customer Data. You grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance, and will provide reasonable notice when possible. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

7. Payment Terms

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. When you collect payments from your clients through the Service via Stripe Connect, a platform fee of 2.5% is applied to each transaction. This fee is deducted automatically before funds are deposited to your Stripe account.

8. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through the account settings. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for reactivation, after which it will be permanently deleted. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClientFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
